We live in the North Caucasus, we have our own garden and vegetable garden, therefore we grow all vegetables and fruits for ourselves. But I want that on our site it was also beautiful, so we grow ornamental shrubs and flowers, my husband makes DIY crafts for the garden. Last season, we were pleased with the harvest of apple and pear, all winter we eat our fruits. But lately it has become a hobby for me to grow utensils for pumpkin and making vases from it. During the fall and winter, I dry the pumpkins in a heated room, and then peel them with sandpaper and varnish, you can make small splashes of silver or gold paint, sometimes I use black to border the bottom and neck, all paints - spray, dry very quickly. Everyone can dream up to their taste. My vases are liked by friends and relatives, many are surprised that they are from pumpkins, they look like ceramic. You can use them not only for dried flowers, you can also pour water into them. It was from such pumpkins in the old days that flasks for water were made. Those vases that I made last year gave everything away, and now I have already prepared a new crop of vases for gifts for the day of March 8. I am sure that in the new season everyone will be able to grow such pumpkins and make design work out of them. Last season, I grew pumpkins of the White Swan variety so that they grow in the correct shape, the whips should be placed on a trellis or along the fence.
