For the test:
- 200 ml of Mechnikovsky curdled milk;
- 3 eggs;
- 170 g of granulated sugar;
- 175 g of wheat flour;
- 4 g of soda;
- 10 g baking powder;
- 40 g butter;
- 45 g of poppy;
- 120 g of pistachios;
- 50 g of prunes;
For cream and decoration:
- 30 g of powdered sugar;
- 300 g of sour cream;
- 1 teaspoon of thickener sour cream;
- vanillin on the tip of a knife;
- 60 g candied fruit.

Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar. If the eggs are large, then 3 pieces are enough for a homemade cake recipe, 4 small ones should be taken.
Beat sugar and eggs with a whisk for several minutes until the mass becomes light and the sugar grains melt, add a pinch of fine salt to balance the tastes.
Add the Mechnikovsky yogurt to the bowl, mix everything thoroughly again.
We measure flour, add soda and baking powder, mix, sift through a sieve.
Mix whisk liquid and dry ingredients.
Melt the butter, cool. Add the melted butter to the dough, again mix everything thoroughly.
Leave the dough for 15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the fillers for the biscuits and heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Scale raisins and prunes with boiling water, peel the pistachios, chop finely, do not need to do anything with poppy seeds, in this homemade cake recipe you need an ordinary dry poppy seed. Pistachios can be mixed with walnuts and cashews.
In the baking dish we put oiled parchment. Separate 1 3 dough, add poppy seeds, mix.
Separate another 1/3 of the dough, add the crushed prunes with raisins, mix again, pour the dough with filler into the mold.
The remaining dough is mixed with chopped pistachios - this is the third biscuit.
We send the biscuits to a well-heated oven for 30 minutes. We check readiness with a wooden stick - it should come out of the dough dry. We get the biscuits from the oven, cool on a wire rack.
Sour cream, icing sugar, vanillin and thickener with a mixer. Soak the biscuits with cream, stack one on top of the other in random order. Top the cake with plenty of cream.
We cut finely colored candied fruits from pineapples, sprinkle the cake and put in the refrigerator for several hours so that it is well saturated with cream.
