Add finely chopped onions to the fish, knead together with a fork and mix.
We grease the non-stick form with oil, sprinkle with flour. Pour half the dough into a greased form, spread it on the bottom, so that the layer is about the same thickness. By the way, this pie can be cooked in a pan.
We distribute the fish filling according to the test. It is difficult to lay it out on a batter, it is better to spread it with a spoon in small portions.
Peel the potatoes, cut into thin strips. Finely chop a bunch of dill and parsley. We mix the chopped potatoes with herbs, salt, spread on the fish.
Pour the remaining dough onto the potatoes, use a spatula or a spoon to spread it over the entire surface so that the dough is numb and fills the voids between the slices of potatoes.
Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds - black or white, it does not matter.
We heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. We put the form in the preheated oven to the middle level.
Cook 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Baking time depends on the thickness of the cake and the features of the oven, but can not be less than half an hour - otherwise the potatoes will not be baked.
